Series bible
World, cast, palette law. The rules every frame must obey are written before any frame exists.
Six stages, in order, every time. The discipline comes from two decades of commercials and a Six Sigma habit: decide in pre-production, execute on the floor, never fix in post what should have been designed out.
World, cast, palette law. The rules every frame must obey are written before any frame exists.
Boards, characters, locations. Character and location DNA is locked so continuity holds across a season.
Timestamped, reference-bound prompts. Every shot traces back to a board, a character sheet and a palette.
Every prompt is validated against the bible before any generation spend. Defects are designed out, not edited out.
Multi-provider. The right model per shot, never one vendor for everything.
Edit, sound, grade, delivery. Music last. The grade is a behavioural decision, not a finishing step.
Before a single shooting day, the studio can previsualise an entire film: every location, every sequence, the grade, the world. Producers approve the look on screen, not on paper.
The previs is not a mood board. It is the film's visual law, tested against the script, with the same character and location DNA that the production will carry through to delivery. Decisions that used to cost a reshoot cost a conversation.
The studio's signature is real performance inside AI-generated worlds. Generation is extraordinary at environments, light, scale and texture. It is not yet a substitute for a human face carrying a thought across a cut. So the split is deliberate: the world is generated, the performance is shot.
This is a behavioural decision, not an aesthetic one. Identification with a character is what makes a viewer stay, and identification is fragile. Synthetic perfection that reads as artificial breaks it. A real actor in a painted world keeps it.
Malayalam feature, in production. India's first AI-painted feature-length art film: live performances inside painted, generated worlds.
Actors performing inside fully AI-generated rooms. The performance is real; the architecture is not.
